Over the coming months, Northpower Fibre will be laying fibre cables in and around the CBD of Whangarei. This will be of major benefit to businesses in the area – the creation of a world-class broadband network, and we are one of the first in NZ. Clicking on the shaded areas displays a pop-up window that provides an estimated date for when each stage is expected to have passed User Acceptance Testing and be released for connections to occur. Service Requests may be placed prior to an area being released, however no connections will be scheduled until the stage has passed User Acceptance Testing. This map will be updated regularly during the build, e.g. when any stage is started or released. Please contact your retail service provider (or one of the providers listed on our website) to confirm whether fibre services are available at your property.
